Located at Wilbur Hot Springs, just 2-3 hours drive north of San Francisco, the retreat will provide you with the perfect balance of activities to connect mind, body and soul, and allow you to completely relax.
The end of the year is a perfect time to reflect on the year and set some intentions for the new year through guided meditations and creative visioning. Drawing on the energy of the mountains, you'll tap into your creative potential and open yourselves up to new possibilities.
Soak in the natural and healing hot mineral springs, nourish your body, connect with your self and nature, deepen your yoga and meditation practice, relax and rejuvenate, and meet other like-minded female yogis! All levels are welcome and encouraged.
The yoga classes will be a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, linking movement with the breath, moving your body through both power and restorative poses, available for all levels and abilities. The classes will be theme-based, creative and balanced and will incorporate pranayama (breathing), strengthening, stretching, detoxing, energizing, and meditation. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized. You will practice on a beautiful outdoor covered yoga deck, close to nature.
