Please join San Francisco Meditation Group's semi-monthly Eight Hour Meditation.
In keeping with the structure of their other long meditations, they will open with the Energization Exercises, opening prayer, satsanga CD and chant at 2:00pm. At the top of each hour, there will be a chanting break for about 15 minutes. Entry and exit will be allowed only during this period.
If you aspire to deepen and intensify your sadhana, please join them and take advantage of this opportunity for prolonged group meditation!
Avoid drinking coffee or any sweet drinks within 3 hours before coming to the meditation.
Avoid eating sweet pastry or other sugary food, right before coming to the meditation.
Plan your day to be prepared to sit STILL. Otherwise, carbon dioxide is formed and affects the de-carbonization during performing Kriya Yoga.
