Yoga For Presence In Life Series

Join Practice San Francisco this October for a Yoga for Presence in Life Series.

The practice of yoga has a LOT to offer in helping us experience ease, calm and resilience in our lives. No one is immune to the overstimulation we face in today’s modern-day world through parenting, relationships, career—and many seek refuge on the yoga mat. Have you ever wondered how to maintain this sense of calm and refuge after you leave the mat? Or, how to manage stress in a more sustainable way, through your mind-body connection?

Join Jacquelyn Richards in a 3-week exploration of your embodied experience incorporating learning and practicing tools through yoga to help you regulate your nervous system and generate resilience.

Each session will include:
- an on-the-mat yoga practice appropriate for beginners and advanced students
- teachings about the neuroscience of stress and ease
- portable tools to help you regulate your nervous system and reduce tension and impact of overstimulation in your life

This 3-session workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your embodied resources and practice what works best for you to stay centered and grounded throughout your every-day life.

Cost: $150 for the series
