Haramara (“Mother Sea” in the native Huichol Indian language) is an exclusive, luxurious, eco-friendly and secluded seaside retreat offering superior mind-body-spirit experiences along with sensual, tropical harmony to every guest. Haramara is set on 12 private acres of land with two yoga shalas, a therapeutic wellness center, a private beach, and a saltwater pool.
Sayulita, a hip and colorful beach town renowned for its art and surfer vibes is just a 35 min drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport.

Mindfulness, inquiry, wholeness, strength, spaciousness, and balance are what Kim and David aim to help you explore through your yoga practice. We welcome all levels of experience.
In the mornings, you will go through a workshop style, vinyasa class led by Kim. Each practice will focus on a specific part of the body (whole body, legs, hips and core, core and spine, upper body) and will include an adventure into poses which relate to that area of the body (including reclined poses, seated poses, standing poses, balancing poses, arm balances/inversions, backbends, and meditation)
In the the afternoon, David will guide you through a creative class which combines his 15 years of teaching dance, yoga, and mat pilates. His themes for each class will be an extension of your morning practice so your body and mind can continue to explore the focus for the day. He will help you link physical poses with the powerful rhythm of your breath, strengthen your core, while also focusing your mind and enlivening your spirit.

We know that good nutrition and well balanced meals are an integral part of your wellness practice. Enjoy delicious, gourmet meals tastefully prepared and artistically presented by some of the finest chefs in Mexico.
