Whole Yoga Practice For Everyday Living

Whole Yoga Practice For Everyday Living

Date: November 17-22

Location: 1440 Multiversity

Join Janet and Christopher Hareesh Wallis for a deep dive into the living practice of yoga. Over five full days, Janet and Hareesh will share the wisdom gleaned from decades of experience and training in philosophy, asana, meditation, pranayama, bhakti and more.

Their combined dedication to the practice offers us a uniquely powerful understanding of how these ancient practices apply to our contemporary lives.

Janet’s rich story-telling brings the teachings to life, while her creative sequencing helps to bring the practice into embodied form. Hareesh’s lifetime dedication to Sanskrit and the original sources of meditational yoga provides a deep foundation for practice and study. Together, they offer the complete experience of Yoga in all its limbs and aspects.

You’ll spend five days among the redwoods, with daily practices that cover the full range of the yoga tradition. From fluid morning movement practice to deep discussions of wisdom-teachings as they apply to daily contemporary life, you’ll have the opportunity to explore ‘whole yoga’ as a means of manifesting a more holistically integrated life.

This course counts for 30 training hours for Janet’s 200, 300, 500 and 1008 hour programs. It can also be used for continuing education credits.
