Balancing the Seasonal Body for Autumn

Immerse yourself into a deeply nourishing and grounding yoga experience to create harmony with the earth’s cycles and your own.

In Chinese medicine, autumn is a time to harvest our energies after the summer growth cycle. It's time to take time to pause, reflect, and connect with the intuitive "feeling" parts of ourselves, and honor our inherent need to slow down and be still. What do we need to let go of and what would we like to invite in this harvest season>

Hematite stones will be incorporated to reconnect you with the energy of the earth, allowing you to shift from a state of overwhelm and anxiety to one of calm and balance.

This workshop will include:

• Yin yoga to stimulate the physical organs of the body, especially the lung + large intestine which are the organs related to autumn.
• Jin Shin Jyutsu, a subtle body self-healing modality to support the release of energetic blockages.
• Guided pranayama (breathwork), meditation, + visualizations.
• Restorative yoga to allow the body to metabolize the benefits of this deep practice
