Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.

During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.
You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try :).

Sound Meditation Presents promotes the ancient healing practice of sound work as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness.

Led by Guy Douglas {gong, crystal singing bowls, flute, and more}

Guy Douglas, co-founder of Sound Meditation Presents, is a Sound Healing Practitioner/gongmaster. He has been involved with the healing power of music his whole life from many different perspectives: writing, recording, producing and performing. He has studied sound healing techniques & the eastern philosophy of music, which helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart.

Russell Feingold {didgeridoo & Native American Flute}

Russell Feingold is a shamanic sound healer, ceremonialist, and author of the Heart Wisdom. He has been walking the path of Peruvian Shamanism for almost 20 years, and has over twenty 25 years of study and practice in holistic healing, deep therapeutic process work, energy medicine, and meditation.

Sarah Glass {vocals & harp}

Sarah started classical piano lessons at the age of 3, and the first 7 years of her lessons were entirely dedicated to ear-training. Sarah plays harp, percussion, guitar, voice, mandolin, sitar, and also specializes in live sound engineering and audio recording. She is the founder of a music school, with the goal of helping people of all ages (from infancy to old age) express themselves freely through music.

Loriel’s sound meditation events, sound bath events and private practice are inspired by the power of Sound to support healing, well-being and self-discovery.

Simona Marie Asinovski {crystal singing bowls}
