Wanderlust returns to Wairakei Resort Taupō, Great Lake Taupō, New Zealand on March 8-11, 2018 for the fourth-year-running, adding even more talent to the biggest and best line-up yet—supported by partners Destination Great Lake Taupō, Taupō District Council, Whaiora, Kono and Eventbrite.

With pre-sale, and earlybird tickets fully exhausted, Wanderlust Great Lake Taupō returns for all-out celebration of mindful living. The four-day transformational retreat hosts the world’s most outstanding yoga and meditation teachers, musicians, thought-leading speakers, performing artists, and chefs. Attendees can practice a smorgasbord of yoga styles at all levels, outdoor activities such as hiking, surfing, SUP yoga and indulge in wine tastings and organic delicacies.

Activities to fill the four days:

YOGA & MEDITATION—Connect to the sights, sounds and smells of the surrounding native landscapes. From beginner to advanced classes, join the globally recognised ‘goddess of yoga’ Shiva Rae, alongside pre-eminent “teacher’s teacher” Annie Carpenter, influential force in Kundalini Yoga, Gloria Latham, AcroYoga senior teacher Deven Sisler, and connection catalyst and artist Andrew Sealy.

MUSIC—DJ-powered yoga classes to acoustic musical meditations to the electric main stage performances. Joining the international line-up are eccentric party-starters, The Cuban Brothers, alongside New York City-based urban electronic DJ/producer Nickodemus. Plus, celebrate, with the soulful sounds of local favourites: the acclaimed The Black Seeds, the melodic, electronic craftwork of Clicks, crowd favourites The Sweet Mix Kids, and Ciaran McMeeken on his guitar.

NATURE—Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages can explore the full range of adventurous activities from stand-up-paddleboarding, explorative hikes and runs, and bungee jumping over New Zealand’s longest river.

SPEAKERS & WORKSHOPS—Immerse yourself in the inspiring ideas of thought-leaders at the Wanderlust Speakeasy. Our intimate and casual lecture series covers topics ranging from holistic health, personal empowerment, to community betterment. Discover wellness, longevity and the meaning of beauty with international supermodel Rachel Hunter, hear from ascientific and holistic health advocate Ben Warren, and millennial mystic and best-selling author Emma Mildon.

DINING—Food lovers will rejoice at the Farm to Table Dinner, a one-of-a-kind dining experience, curated by a soon-to-be-announced guest chef, created with fresh, locally sourced, organic ingredients. Samplings of local and imported wine, beer, and libations feature as part of Uncorked—a unique post-yoga, and pre-party soiree.
