Emerge As Everything: A New Space For Women To Reconnect and Rise
There is a quiet knowing shared by many women; a sense that even when life looks beautiful and well-constructed, something essential is missing. This can feel like a subtle void that isn’t easily named or fixed. It lives beneath the surface, not as a demand but as a whisper from the soul, inviting a return to softness, connection, and inner truth.
If you’ve felt the pull to explore that inner space and awaken what lies beneath the surface of daily life, there is an upcoming day designed to guide that journey.
Christine Johnston, founder of Emerge As Everything Frequency, has created a sanctuary for women seeking a deeper, more expansive way of living. Rooted in connection, spirituality, and energetic alignment, her work supports women in rising into their highest frequency and stepping more fully into who they were always meant to be.
On February 1st, Christine is launching the first immersive event under the Emerge As Everything Frequency banner. Joined by a group of powerful women facilitators, participants will be guided through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and hands-on workshops designed to restore connection and clarity.
This first gathering takes place in San Rafael at Peacock Gap Clubhouse, surrounded by expansive green landscapes, an intentional setting that reflects the grounded yet open energy of the experience. Lunch will be provided by Forkful of Earth, a women-owned catering company, reinforcing the event’s commitment to nourishment and support at every level.
“This gathering was born from a journey of coming back to ourselves as women,” Christine shared. “It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about emerging as everything we already are.”
Through her career in high-pressure corporate and tech environments, Christine has observed how often women are rewarded for hardening, competing, and leading from predominantly masculine frameworks. She has also seen what becomes possible when women are supported in accessing intuition, embodiment, and aligned energy.
“This experience marks the beginning of something much larger,” Christine said. “It’s about creating spaces where women can reconnect, soften, and remember their authentic power. When we ground and rise together, we create the conditions to manifest what we truly want, and to extend that impact far beyond ourselves.”
That vision became the seed for Emerge As Everything: a five-hour immersive experience designed not through force or striving, but through embodiment, inviting women into presence, regulation, and reconnection.
A Circle of Women Guiding Transformation
The experience is supported by a circle of dynamic facilitators, each offering a distinct lens on embodiment, manifestation, and connection.
Geno La Placa brings a grounded, neuroscience-based perspective to the work, helping participants understand why practices centered on frequency, regulation, and intention are effective. Drawing from her background in leadership coaching, Geno bridges science and spirituality, demystifying manifestation and making these tools accessible, especially for women who are new to this work.
Kimberly Lansing leads breathwork and reflective practices designed to restore clarity and authenticity, while Marcela Lembi offers movement rooted in strength, presence, and embodied confidence.
Another highlight of the day is a writing workshop led by Katherine Kennedy, designed to help women connect with their inner truth, whether they are gaining clarity or refining what they wish to manifest.
“Writing allows you to access parts of yourself that aren’t always visible in daily life,” Christine explained. “Through reflection and expression, participants uncover insights that support alignment, intention, and authentic creation, opening the door to what’s ready to emerge.”
Shirin Aryanpour, founder of the Illuminate Her Path community and a two-time cancer survivor, brings a deeply personal perspective on healing, resilience, and connection. Her work centers on the power of community and sisterhood as essential forces in transformation, both personal and collective.
Liya Garber, Kundalini Activation & Manifestation Leader, E-RYT 500 yoga and meditation teacher, and founder of Aura Kundalini Yoga, anchors the day with over a decade of experience guiding women through practices rooted in energy, nervous system regulation, and embodied leadership.
Together with Christine Johnston, these facilitators create a multidimensional space where women are supported in reconnecting with themselves, one another, and what they are ready to create.
Manifestation Begins in the Body
In a moment where manifestation is often reduced to mindset alone, this experience approaches creation from a more embodied foundation. Rather than emphasizing visualization or positive thinking, the day focuses on cultivating the internal conditions that support clarity, alignment, and intentional action.
“Manifestation begins in the body,” Christine explained. “When we regulate our nervous systems through movement and breath, we create receptivity. This event isn’t about visualizing harder; it’s about creating the internal environment where aligned action can emerge.”
Throughout the day, participants move through intentional yoga, breathwork, sound healing, reflective journaling, somatic practices with the natural elements, and panel conversations exploring both the spiritual and neurological dimensions of manifestation. Each modality is designed to support awareness and embodiment, allowing insight to arise organically.
Opening the day is Liya, a master Kundalini teacher and women’s empowerment guide who has spent more than a decade leading transformational experiences rooted in frequency, consciousness, and embodied leadership.
Central to her facilitation is Kundalini practice, which works directly with energy, breath, and nervous system activation to restore the body as a conduit for awareness and creation. Woven into this work is an elemental framework—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—used as a grounding and integrative lens.
Through this approach, participants experience grounding, fluidity, activation, expansion, and attunement across the physical, emotional, and energetic body, allowing insight and alignment to arise through embodied experience.
“I learned from an elder that we are the CEOs of the elements,” Liya shared. “The elements work with our consciousness. When women come together to move, breathe, and ground the body, we create the space for a quantum leap.”
For Liya, embodiment is not a trend, it is foundational.
“We live in an era that isolates us,” she said. “We speak to technology all day, even asking it how to manifest. But what will never change is our need for warmth, presence, and one another. Sisterhood is not optional, it’s essential.”
A Space for Every Woman, Exactly Where She Is
Emerge As Everything Frequency is designed to welcome women across a wide range of ages and life stages, honoring curiosity rather than certainty. Participants arrive without expectations of experience, expertise, or clearly defined goals, only a willingness to listen inward.
The approach reframes manifestation not as directive control, but as openness and discovery. Rather than requiring a precise vision, the work invites women to explore not knowing as a source of creative potential.
“When you don’t know what you want to manifest, that’s actually one of the most powerful places to be,” Liya shared. “That emptiness isn’t a void; it’s pure possibility. When you release the need to define the outcome, you allow something greater to guide you.”
Through movement, breath, and elemental awareness, clarity is allowed to emerge naturally over the course of the day.
Christine emphasizes that the experience is accessible to women at any point in their journey, whether deeply immersed in wellness practices, newly exploring embodiment, or simply seeking greater grounding and connection.
“When you arrive with an open mind, you leave feeling better,” she said. “And when you feel better, you perform better. When you perform better, you attract more.”
A Movement, Not a Moment
Emerge As Everything Frequency is designed as more than a single-day experience. The February 1st gathering marks the first expression of a broader vision—one centered on embodiment, connection, and collective growth.
“This is the beginning of something much larger,” Christine shared. “A movement grounded in women coming back into relationship with their bodies, their intuition, and one another, especially in spaces where collaboration has often been replaced by competition.”
The intention is to create environments that support nervous system regulation, clarity, and mutual expansion, allowing individual shifts to ripple outward.
“When women care for their nervous systems and their evolution, that healing extends beyond the individual,” Liya said.“ It moves into families, communities, and the collective.
At its core, Emerge As Everything Frequency offers space to pause, breathe, and reconnect beneath the layers of responsibility, identity, and constant momentum that shape modern life.
The February 1st event is an invitation: to arrive as you are, to reconnect with what is already present, and to rise together through shared intention, embodiment, and presence.
And perhaps, in that collective rising, to rediscover what has been there all along.
