Posture that has been resonating with me lately is: Shavasana! Always!

How I like to practice Yoga off the mat: Bring myself back to my heart with mindful breath throughout my day.

Favorite way to celebrate winter: Cooking great food and watching football with my husband.

My intention for this winter: A lot more self compassion.

The last book I read: How Yoga Works by Geshe Michael Roach (Beautiful way to understand the Yoga sutras thru an amazing story).

Favorite Local Juice/Tea spot: Starbucks in downtown Petaluma.

Where do I go for a nourishing meal: Lunchette in downtown Petaluma.

A few of my favorite Yoga teachers are: My entire staff, they are all amazing!

A ritual I love: Get to my studio 1/2 hour prior to opening the doors for class to sit in stillness.
