How long I’ve been practicing yoga: A few thousand past lives. (12 years).
How long I’ve been teaching yoga: 11 years.
What kind of yoga I teach: Vinyasa, Hatha, Bhakti Flow, and my favorite: Meditation.
My mantra these days: "Create Positivity"- continually reminding myself and my students we always have a choice to be happy. To me, creating positivity is an altruistic, service based approach to living that embraces all life as equally important and valuable.
An Asana, Kriya OR Meditation that has been resonating with me lately is: Sitting in my Meditation posture for as long as this busy world will let me.
How I like to practice yoga off the mat: Being kind, generous, and compassionate with everyone I meet.
Favorite way to celebrate the summer: Swimming ice cold water! My wife calls me a polar bear.
My Intention for this summer: My intention this summer is to constantly care about the Earth and do what I can to consume less and give more.

The last book I read was: Spiritual Graffiti by MC Yogi.
Favorite local juice/tea spot: ACRE coffee in Petaluma.

A ritual I love: Meditation. Anytime. Anywhere. Every time.
What I am letting go of this year: One-sided friendships/relationships with obliviously narcissistic people.
What I am embracing this year: The outside world I perceive, all the details and circumstances of my life are not what they seem..it's my state of mind and inner weather that projects outwards, creating my experience. Basically, Happiness is an inside job.
