What was the inspiration behind the studio? To uphold the authentic nature of yoga teachings with a realistic and modern approach.

What style of yoga classes are taught at your studio? Mostly Vinyasa Flow based on Ashtanga yoga principles.

Do you offer meditation classes? Yes we do offer meditation workshops.

Do you have Kirtan at your studio? We do not.

Do you have a teacher training program at your studio? Yes we do hold teacher trainings. Currently we have one schedule starting in September and it is a 100 HR training. Our 100-hour training is appropriate for yoga instructors who want to continue their education, practitioners who want to become yoga instructors and students who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of their own practice. This comprehensive and practical Yoga Training is a complete preparation for you to reach your goals.
