What kind of students would resonate with your studio? Students typically gravitate to Bernal Yoga if they are looking for a smaller studio where they can practice with 10 - 30 students in any given class. Since all levels are welcome, some come to try yoga and pilates for the first time, while others have thousands of hours of experience but want to deepen their practice. Our experienced teachers give individual direction to students overcoming injuries or illness. Obstacles like these can be the gateway to students finding new awareness, care, and compassion within themselves.
